Down and Out

In case you've been wondering where I've been...We've had the swine flu in our home. Hubby and son are suffering with the swine flu and Miss Daisy Jr. has the horrible cold flu with two severe ear infections. I haven't gotten the bug yet (knock on wood), but I've been playing nurse, nurterer, house maid, taxi cab, pharmacologist, etc. Too many hats to wear and not enough time to blog! I hope to be back shortly to catch up on all of your wonderful blogs! Till then, stay healthy!

Hi Miss Daisy!
Oh I hope you all have speedy recovery. That is a nasty bug. We are getting some here. I am waiting for the shoe to fall. One kid had it so far. Take care.

Sorry to hear it's hit your house. I hope you are getting enough rest and taking care of yourself so you don't get sick too. Hope everyone is healthy again soon.

Stay healthy Jen. Down and out only gets worse when mom has the crud. Good luck and I hope all is back to normal soon.

Hope your home recovers soon. Wear a mask, bleach in one hand, lysol in the other....

Take care, Miss Daisy and get them all well soon. Don't make me have to come over there (up there?) with a bottle of Castor Oil.

I am a little late to this but I was so sorry to hear how badly sacked you all are. I hope you are still staving off the bug. Please do update us all on the rest of the family when you can. I worry for them. I know, I know, silly. It just sounds like such a drag. Poor guys!

So glad you never got sick from it. Did anyone in your family take Tamiflu? I felt better after 48 hours of taking it and I'm sure if I hadn't taken it I would still be really sick. Of course I waited 4 days before I started it so I could have saved myself some sick time if I had started it earlier. -Jackie
